HPMFC Terms and Conditions
 

**1. Introduction**
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our football coaching sessions and camps. By using our website or enrolling your child in our programmes, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
 

**2. Registration and Payment**
- All participants must register and provide accurate personal information.
- Parents/guardians must sign a disclaimer/consent form before their child can participate.
- Payment for sessions or programmes must be made in full at the time of registration or through an agreed monthly fee.
 

**3. Coaches and Safety**
- All HPMFC coaches are qualified, DBS checked, and a qualified first aider is present at every session.
- While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of participants, parents acknowledge the risks associated with sports and agree to allow their children to participate knowing these risks.
 

**4. Insurance and Liability**
- HPMFC holds all valid and suitable insurances.
- We are not liable for any injury sustained by participants during coaching sessions or camps except where such injury is due to our negligence.
 

**5. Cancellations and Refunds**
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
- No refunds will be given for missed sessions or voluntary withdrawal from the programme.
 

**6. Behaviour and Conduct**
- Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
- We reserve the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable, without refund.
 

**7. Use of Photographs and Videos**
- By registering your child, you consent to HPMFC using photographs and videos of your child for promotional purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
 

**8. Data Protection**
- We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
 

**9. Governing Law**
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
